  • There is no right or wrong way to interpret the cards - they are just there to give you ideas. Lines could be played as long notes or short notes depending on how long they are. If lines go up, they could be played as notes ascending in pitch. A large dark shape could be a loud note and two blobs could represent two different notes, either high or low depending on what you feel like playing. The possibilities are endless...

    The graphic cards can be placed in any position to achieve several results. You do not have to be able to read music to interpret these cards. Word cards are used to influence the direction of the music and to stimulate interaction between players. The music cards may be placed two ways up which will result in two separate possibilities - the notes can be read by any instrument, in any clef and with different combinations of instruments together regardless of clef.
